Mobile Application enables citizens to report any unauthorized alteration/construction in dwelling units allotted by Chandigarh Housing Board. This app allows the department to curtail any alterations made beyond permissible limits and to impose the penalties as per the Act. Key Features of Mobile Application:• The citizen can lodge a complaint without registration and will be verified through OTP.• The citizen will be able to click and upload the image of any violation done on the dwelling unit.• The GEO location of the place where the image is clicked will be stored in the system and will enable the enforcement authority to reach the spot using the route on generated on map.• The app will also help the enforcement authorities to view the list of complaints registered and will be able to put their comments regarding the complaint through the app. The department shall take necessary action based on the report of enforcement authorities.• This app help enforcement authorities to find the exact location with the help of GEO location and verify the status of complaint either valid or not. If valid further action may be taken by the competent authority.
